REQUIREMENTS – HOUSING LOAN
Basic Requirements:
· Two (2) types of VALID Identification (IDs) with 3 specimen signatures
· Proof of Billing (latest)
· Birth Certificate (if Single)
· Marriage Contract (if Married)
· Cedula / Residence Certificate
· 1 x 1 pictures (3 pcs)
· BIR - TIN No.
Additional Requirements:
A. Locally Employed
· Certificate of Employment with Compensation (Original / Notarized)
· One month payslip (latest)
· Income Tax Return (ITR)
B. OFW
· Contract of Employment
· Passport with 3 specimen signatures
· Visa Copy
· Seamans Book (if Seafarer)
· 3 months Proof of Remittance / 6 months Bank Statement
· Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
Consularized if signed abroad
Notarized if signed in the Philippines
2 valid IDs, (3 pcs) 1x1 pictures & Cedula of Attorney –in-Fact (AIF)
C. Self-Employed / With Business
· SEC / DTI Registration
· Business Permits
· ITR / BIR Payments
· 6 months Bank Statements
D. Other Conditions:
· IF separated – Must present Divorce paper/ Annulment or Legal Separation with Court finality.
· If with foreigner husband – must submit AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER / SPA
· If no work / Income is insufficient – Affidavit of Support / Co-Maker
NOTE: If the buyer wants to use PAG-IBIG
· The buyer must be Pag-ibig Member for 2 years (supported by ESAV)
· For not yet member, the buyer can pay one-time (24 months) to Pag-ibig
- Must submit PAG-IBIG official receipts
AGE REQUIREMENT:
Pag-ibig - Must not be more than 70 years old upon maturity of the loan
BANK / Inhouse – Must not be more than 60 years old upon maturity of the loan.
